Customer Processing

Dispatch receives repair orders from customers. As a technician, you receive these orders and transport the vehicle to the stall area.

Complete the work described in the repair order. Both efficiency and accuracy are important to maintain the standards of John Vance Lincoln and factory standards.

For less specific jobs, determine the case of any malfunction on the vehicle and complete the repair as authorized.

Communication

When parts are needed, communicate with the parts department to obtain the necessary items.

Discuss the need for additional work outside of the repair order scope or the promised timeframe with a service advisor immediately.
